Returns and warranty

If you have received a product that is not the one that appears on the purchase invoice please contact us with the order details and we will send our logistics operator to pick up the product. Once we have verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will send you the requested product as soon as possible. If this is not possible, we will refund your money. ENSPIRAR will bear all shipping costs.

In the event that the product is defective, ENSPIRAR will proceed to send a new product at no cost to the customer. Likewise, ENSPIRAR will respond to the lack of conformity of the product on the part of the customer within a period of 2 years from delivery. To this end, the customer must inform ENSPIRAR of this lack of conformity within 2 months of becoming aware of it in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity on the sale of consumer goods established by the European Directive 1999/44/CE and keep the original product box.

If you have received a product and you are not satisfied, you have 14 calendar days to return it without any justification. You must simply communicate to ENSPIRAR the desire to return the product within the stipulated period and send it to us (shipping costs will be borne by the customer). Once we check that the product is in perfect condition and in its original box we will refund the amount.

You may cancel your order at any time and free of charge, provided that you inform us before the order has been made available to the logistics operator for shipment. In the event of cancellation after the order has been dispatched, the customer shall bear the shipping costs and any costs of returning the order.

In the event of a defective product, ENSPIRAR will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace or reduce the price, which will be free of charge for the consumer and user. ENSPIRAR shall be liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform ENSPIRAR of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it and keep the original product box.
