Nicokit from the Atmos Lab brand composed 45% by propylene glycol (PG), 45% by vegetable glycerin (VG) and 10% by deionized water. It has a nicotine concentration of 20mg/ml. It is of a high quality and is packaged in a 10ml bottle to which any type of aroma can be added.
